Description
BWT Logistics is hiring a Site Manager to lead daily warehouse, inventory, distribution, and transportation operations. The role oversees safety, SOPs, KPIs, staffing, budgeting, customer and vendor relationships, continuous improvement, and team development. It requires 5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in leadership, along with WMS/TMS experience, SAP experience preferred, forklift certification, and Train-the-Trainer certification. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility based on business demands, and benefits are available after 90 days.
