Description
Schnackenberg Holzbau is hiring an experienced Site Manager to coordinate, monitor, and steer commercial and public timber-construction projects across Northern Germany. The role interfaces with clients, planning teams, trades, and partner companies; ensures schedule, cost, and quality targets; leads site workforce and partner companies; and maintains construction schedules and documentation. The position is based at the company headquarters in Zeven-Wistedt, with daily return home from construction sites, and requires construction-sector training, several years of site-management experience, strong organizational skills, digital-tool proficiency, and willingness to travel within Northern Germany.
