Description
Söderqvist Gräv is hiring a full-time Site Manager to lead groundworks and civil engineering projects from planning through completion. The role oversees daily production, project finances, schedules, quality, work allocation, customer and partner coordination, safety, and project results. Candidates should have experience as a Site Manager, Production Manager, Supervisor, or equivalent in groundworks and civil engineering, knowledge of contracting and production, financial and project follow-up experience, the ability to read drawings and technical documentation, Swedish language skills, and a category B driving licence. The position is based in Halmstad with projects in Halland and northwestern Skåne.
