Description
The Site Manager will oversee construction projects from site preparation through handover, coordinating staff, subcontractors, project managers, clients, architects, and engineering consultants. Responsibilities include staffing, quality checks, safety monitoring, site meetings, material deliveries, and administrative follow-up. The role is based mainly in East and West Flanders, with the Ternat department expansion mentioned, and requires a construction bachelor's or master's degree, at least five years of site-manager experience, fluent Dutch, and strong communication and administrative skills.
