Truspace is hiring a temporary Site Manager in Toronto to manage day-to-day construction operations for commercial design-build and refurbishment projects. The role coordinates subcontractors and trades, inspects materials, performs hands-on construction work when needed, monitors progress and quality, enforces safety and regulatory requirements, and supports projects from permitting through completion. Candidates need at least five years of commercial construction experience, including experience with tenant improvement, renovation, or design-build projects, along with knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and the ability to interpret construction drawings.
