Voi is hiring a Site Manager to lead fleet operations and manage its warehouse in Glasgow. The role combines people management, process improvement, shift planning, vehicle maintenance oversight, safety leadership, external stakeholder coordination, and onboarding and training of new team members. Candidates need at least three years of logistics or operations experience, experience managing large teams, digital and data tool knowledge, business and leadership understanding, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and a valid Scotland driver's license.
