The role manages personnel, equipment, scheduling, safety, regulatory compliance, budgets, customer relations, and operational efficiency while partnering with the Division Vice President on growth plans. Candidates need prior supervisory or management experience in the solid-waste industry, transportation or operations experience, financial and regulatory knowledge, outdoor work ability, and computer proficiency.
