Description
The Site Manager will lead and work alongside the team at the NS bicycle parking facility in Den Bosch, with the role temporarily combined with the HUB location in Heeze. Responsibilities include daily operations, employee development conversations, scheduling, process monitoring, and guiding cultural change. The position requires at least HBO-level education, at least three years of leadership experience, change-management experience, and flexible availability between 05:15 and 02:10. It offers a fixed gross monthly salary of €3,488 based on 38 hours per week, with a flexible arrangement of 34 to 38 hours.
