Description
The HVAC Site Manager is responsible for managing in-house technicians and subcontractors on construction sites, monitoring schedules and quality, and coordinating between the site and project management. The role requires a category B driving licence, knowledge of modern HVAC installation techniques and materials, flexibility, and motivation; a VCA supervisor certificate or aerial work platform certificate is advantageous. The employer offers market-rate compensation under PC 124, a possible permanent contract after an interim period, and extralegal benefits including a laundry allowance and pension premium.
