Description
Axented is hiring a full-time Site Manager in Mexico City to take end-to-end responsibility for on-site power or large industrial construction delivery, including schedule, resources, quality, HSE, cost, subcontractors, client coordination, commissioning, documentation, and handover. The role requires an engineering bachelor's degree or higher, at least 8 years of relevant on-site construction experience, and at least 3 years of site-management experience, with substation, transmission-line, CFE-type, or large industrial project experience. The manager must be fluent in Spanish, have English at B2 or above, use construction and project tools, and be willing to reside at projects and transfer across states.
