Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Site Manager / Civil Engineer (MEP) with a focus on electrical engineering to manage construction sites and oversee building-services projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project execution, schedule, cost, and quality control, reviewing shop drawings and installation plans, coordinating inspections and functional testing, managing defects, and supporting the project manager and customers. Candidates need a degree or training in supply services, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or electrician/master electrician training, at least five years of MEP site-management experience, familiarity with HOAI and VOB, a confident and service-oriented approach, and a class B driver’s license.
