The client is hiring multiple Site Managers for civil engineering, special deep foundations, and civil works in Dortmund. The role manages construction projects from execution through completion, coordinates schedules, quality, costs, subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners, and supports contract compliance, change orders, and interface management. Candidates need civil engineering or construction-related training, relevant experience, knowledge of regulations such as VOB, strong organizational and technical skills, and excellent German; English is an advantage. The position offers a long-term permanent role with a company vehicle and prospects within an international project-focused group.
