Cunningham is hiring a full-time, permanent Site Manager to lead site-based teams and subcontractors on civils projects at Amgen in Dun Laoghaire. The role manages project delivery, programmes, budgets, safety, quality, subcontractor performance, change, and stakeholder coordination, while reporting to the Contracts Manager. Candidates need a construction management qualification or at least five years of construction management experience, including five years managing civils projects, along with knowledge of Irish construction regulations and standards.
