Description
AFRY is hiring a Site Manager / Construction Supervisor for its Renewables and Energy Storage Construction unit to supervise and manage the construction phase of renewable energy investment projects, including wind, solar, battery energy storage, and related infrastructure. The role represents the investor or developer on site, monitors contractors and project execution, ensures safety, quality, schedule, and contractual compliance, and coordinates inspections, testing, commissioning, and stakeholder activities. The primary work locations are Oulu, Tampere, Ylivieska, Seinäjoki, or Vaasa, with regular on-site work in Finland and occasional international travel. Applicants need relevant technical education, at least three years of construction-phase experience, site supervision or construction management experience, and fluent Finnish and English.
