Description
The Site Manager oversees the full operations of a single contract logistics site, from inbound receipt through final delivery, with accountability for safety, service, financial performance, quality, regulatory compliance, customer relationships, and employee engagement. The role leads operational planning, workforce and capacity management, P&L and cost performance, continuous improvement, customer-facing reviews, and the development of site leadership and supervisory teams. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of leadership experience in third-party logistics, manufacturing, or similar operations, and experience managing site-level operations with financial accountability.
