Description
The Site Manager will oversee one or two construction projects from site preparation through final handover, working with the project manager to coordinate equipment, materials, foremen, subcontractors, schedules, client and consultant contacts, quality, safety, and site-team management. The role requires Dutch fluency, French and English knowledge, a bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent experience, at least five years of construction-sector management experience, a VCA-VOL certificate, and a valid category B driver's license.
