The employer is hiring a Site Manager District Heating in Essen to independently plan, control, and execute construction projects for district heating networks. The role involves coordinating construction sites, crews, and subcontractors; preparing measurement reports, invoices, settlements, and change orders; monitoring schedule, cost, and quality; coordinating with clients, authorities, and internal teams; and ensuring workplace health and safety. Candidates should have civil engineering or building-technician training, several years of construction or project-management experience, knowledge of district heating or pipeline networks, and familiarity with measurement reporting, invoicing, change orders, MS Office, iTWO, and VOB. The position is permanent and full-time, with regional projects, a company car, vacation and Christmas bonuses, pension plans, and supplementary insurance.
