Description
Everclean is hiring a Site Manager to oversee daily janitorial and custodial operations across commercial or industrial sites. The role supervises site supervisors, lead hands, and service teams; maintains staffing, quality, health and safety, supply, equipment, scheduling, and client relationships; and prepares performance reports. Candidates need experience managing janitorial or custodial teams, knowledge of health and safety regulations, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with supplies, inventory, training, and basic Microsoft Office.
