Nordec is hiring a Site Manager to lead installation teams and subcontractors on demanding steel-frame construction projects in Finland and across Northern Europe. The role coordinates daily site operations, manages quality, safety, schedule and productivity targets, serves as the main on-site contact for customers and stakeholders, monitors project progress, and resolves operational challenges. Candidates need several years of site management, project management or comparable leadership experience, strong people-management and stakeholder-coordination skills, knowledge of construction processes and safety requirements, and willingness to travel. The position is permanent and conducted in cooperation with Barona.
