Description
The client is hiring a Site Manager for Roads and Civil Engineering in Westerstede, Lower Saxony, to independently manage and execute regional roadworks and civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include overseeing asphalt, sewer, pipeline, and block-paving work; coordinating construction teams and subcontractors; preparing measurements and supporting invoicing; monitoring costs and quality; ensuring occupational safety and site organization; and coordinating with authorities and project partners. The role requires several years of site-management experience, a civil engineering degree or comparable technical qualification, knowledge of German construction practice and VOB/BGB, and German language skills at B2–C1 level.
