BlackHawk Industrial is hiring a Site Manager to lead onsite support personnel at a customer location and independently execute customer program deliverables. The role manages direct reports, scheduling, inventory, order and quote entry, customer requests, cost-reduction projects, and ERP workflows; it also requires recruiting, training, safety leadership, and customer liaison activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a related bachelor’s degree is preferred, and at least five years of similar experience.
