Description
The Site Manager – MEP / Pipeline Construction will independently manage and control pipeline and civil engineering projects from technical clarification through final handover and acceptance. The role leads site teams and subcontractors, coordinates local trades, manages project controlling, deadlines, costs, quality, safety, environmental compliance, documentation, and communication with clients, authorities, and internal departments. Candidates need vocational training in construction or civil engineering, several years of site-management experience, knowledge of construction methods and logistics, and German C1 and English B1/B2 proficiency. The position offers a permanent contract, performance-based compensation, 30 days of vacation, and the option to work one day per week from home.
