Description
The Site Manager will provide on-site support and service for a major client in Frankfurt am Main, delivering contractual, framework, and special services while coordinating operational, technical, and commercial processes. The role oversees maintenance and upkeep, fire-protection technology planning and purchasing, subcontractor coordination, staffing and deployment planning, and personnel leadership. Applicants need a master craftsman qualification in metal construction or electrical machine construction or a comparable qualification, at least five years of building-services maintenance experience, at least three years of technical building-management experience, and experience in metal construction, fire protection, building automation, and people management.
