The employer is hiring an experienced Site Manager / Operations Manager to lead a high-traffic leisure experience center in the west of Munich. The role oversees operational and commercial performance across leisure areas, catering, technical operations, reception, and food and beverage; manages a team of more than 100 employees; handles equipment maintenance, safety, KPIs, events, and promotions; and reports directly to management. Candidates need several years of experience leading an operation with responsibility for revenue, costs, and personnel, strong German communication skills, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
