ATRIA M GmbH is hiring a Site Manager – Property Supervision / Electrical Engineering / Planning to oversee demanding electrical construction projects. The role manages property supervision, budgets, claims and variations, schedules, interfaces, contract compliance, invoicing, and cost control in accordance with HOAI, VOB, DIN, and VDE. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or comparable qualification, at least three years of property supervision experience, knowledge of German construction regulations, and strong communication skills in German and English. The position offers €45,000 to €70,000 per year plus a performance-based project bonus, with flexible working hours and mobile-office options depending on the position.
