WRS is hiring an experienced Site Manager for a local refinery to lead construction and maintenance projects. The role serves as the primary client liaison, oversees project execution, estimating support, workforce planning, scheduling, safety compliance, cost and productivity tracking, and field teams, and reports to the Construction Manager. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-risk environment. The position offers $85,000-$115,000 DOE and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, disability and life insurance, and an ESOP.
