Description
The Site Manager, Structural Shell Construction oversees one or more construction projects, managing workers, foremen, and subcontractors; coordinating daily site activities; monitoring schedule, quality, safety, budgets, and progress; preparing work and organizing materials and equipment; participating in site meetings; resolving technical and practical challenges; and reporting to the project manager. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent experience, prior site-management experience in structural shell construction, strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on involvement, and Dutch proficiency, with French knowledge advantageous.
