The Site Manager Substations / Primary Engineering leads and coordinates construction sites for primary engineering and substation projects up to 380 kV. Responsibilities include coordinating fitters, subcontractors, and project stakeholders; monitoring quality, schedules, and occupational safety; organizing switchgear, transformer, and equipment installations; documenting progress; supporting commissioning and technical acceptance; and serving as the main contact for customers and internal specialist departments.
