Nordec is hiring a Site Manager to lead installation teams and subcontractors on demanding construction projects across Northern Europe. The role coordinates daily site operations, manages quality, safety, schedule and productivity targets, serves as the main customer and stakeholder contact, monitors project progress, and resolves operational challenges. Candidates need several years of site management, project management or comparable leadership experience, strong technical and people-management skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel; Swedish is an advantage. The position is permanent and conducted in cooperation with Barona Sweden.
