ISS Facility Services GmbH is hiring a Site Manager in technical building management to support a large client in Linz and serve as the interface between the client, commercial team members, and partner companies. The role coordinates and supervises customer-site services, leads and allocates work, checks quality, documents technical work, manages department budgets and reporting, and handles administrative tasks. Candidates should have completed technical vocational training, several years of relevant professional and leadership experience, knowledge of building and security technology, strong communication skills in English and German, and a class B driver’s license. The position offers 38.5 hours per week and a gross monthly salary of at least €4,300.00.
