The Site Manufacturing – Quality Leader will lead quality systems and compliance at a Cummins manufacturing location in Manning, South Carolina. The role focuses on customer-focused quality planning, root-cause problem solving, resource and budget management, COS quality leadership, process and systems management, digital quality tools, and statistical methods. It requires strong manufacturing, engineering, compliance, and people leadership expertise, with significant relevant experience and preferably 5–7 years in manufacturing, engineering, or program management in the automotive or similarly regulated industry, plus at least 3 years of managerial experience.
