Description
The Product Operations Associate (MTO) manages and maintains high-volume Made to Order and Drop Ship product data for the West Elm brand, including SKU setup, launch readiness, data validation, audit, troubleshooting, and operational workflow improvements. The role partners with merchandising, product development, content production, eCommerce, and technology teams to support product launches and system enhancements, while identifying opportunities for automation and scalable process improvements. Candidates need at least two years of relevant product, eCommerce, merchandising, retail, or data management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with PLM, ERP, merchandising, or eCommerce platforms.
