Glimpse is hiring a Site Operations Engineer to establish and operate an industrial X-ray CT scanning facility in Alameda, California. The role begins with facility setup, shipping and radiation training, and CT scanner operation, then expands into managing inbound and outbound orders, developing scan recipes and fixtures, improving scanner utilization, and leading site growth and hiring. The position is in-office five days per week and offers a $90,000–$120,000 base salary plus 0.05%–0.15% bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, and parental leave.
