Evonik Corporation is hiring a site operations leader to oversee property, facilities, and manufacturing site performance. The role is responsible for safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective plant operations; driving operational excellence and continuous improvement; managing budgets, capital projects, and long-range plans; ensuring compliance with EHS, GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements; and leading, developing, and mentoring site personnel while partnering with commercial, supply chain, quality, engineering, and corporate stakeholders.
