Description
Bedrock Robotics is hiring a Site Operations Manager to lead the deployment and operation of autonomous construction technology on partner construction sites. The role covers site assessments, work planning, launch readiness, daily operations, safety, customer training, partner relationship management, and project closeout. Candidates need construction or industrial operations experience, heavy equipment crew coordination, cross-functional leadership, customer training experience, OSHA and safety knowledge, and willingness to travel at least 50% and work from customer sites in the surrounding Austin area.
