Intertek is hiring a Site Operations Manager to oversee an electrical testing laboratory in Fridley, Minnesota. The role manages staff, revenue, costs, EBIT, processes, KPIs, capital expenditures, and business development, with up to 15% travel. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a technical discipline, five years of operations management experience in a technical or engineering environment, three years of budget and P&L experience, onsite availability, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, Microsoft Office experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. The base salary is $120,000 to $175,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, and other benefits.
