Description
Orenda is hiring a Site Operations Manager to build and lead the on-site operations, maintenance, safety, vendor quality, and field-team functions for its battery energy storage system fleet across New York City. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the role owns site readiness, critical-fault response, preventive and corrective maintenance, FDNY compliance, utility coordination, inventory, security, and operational handovers, while hiring, training, and certifying technicians. The position is full-time, based at Orenda’s Brooklyn headquarters with regular work at active sites and on-call rotation, and offers a base salary of $150,000-$170,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus and benefits.
