Annapurna Labs is hiring a Site Operations Program Manager to build and operate the Austin site from the ground up. The role owns workplace experience, facilities coordination, vendor management, event execution, process design, budgeting, and day-to-day site operations while partnering with Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Finance, IT, Security, and site leadership. The position requires at least three years of program or project management experience, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven improvement, workplace or facilities experience, Microsoft SharePoint and M365 proficiency, and travel flexibility. The base salary is $74,200 to $129,800 USD annually, with sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and comprehensive benefits.
