Microsoft is hiring a Construction Project Management IC4 to lead project-level schedule coordination and Integrated Master Schedule management for construction projects. The role owns GC schedule updates, baseline and change control, schedule performance analysis, risk and delay assessment, recovery options, and weekly and monthly reporting, while coordinating with contractors, site teams, engineering, procurement, commissioning, and project controls stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related experience, with additional experience in data center projects, Primavera P6, and construction schedule maintenance preferred. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $97,600 to $188,400 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
