Amazon is hiring a Site Process Expert for its EU Process Excellence team to work onsite at a Sortation Centre across the United Kingdom. The role partners with site leadership and EU process functions to deploy and drive compliance with improvement initiatives, analyze process performance, develop action plans, implement best practices, and support continuous improvement. The position requires English fluency, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and experience in Amazon Operations, Central Flow, or related supply chain teams; process improvement, analytical, communication, stakeholder-influence, and international experience are preferred. The role may require adapting to local shifts and occasional domestic or regional travel.
