The role focuses on managing site material procurement, preparing purchase orders, tracking supplier offers and delivery schedules, maintaining stock availability, visiting suppliers, and coordinating material/subcontractor selection with project leadership. Candidates should have a civil engineering degree, at least 5 years of experience in road, tunnel, or bridge construction, strong English, MS Office, and AutoCAD skills, plus strong communication, coordination, analytical, prioritization, and procedural reliability abilities.
