Albemarle is hiring a Site Project Engineer in Pasadena, Texas, for an on-site role leading capital projects from concept development through commissioning. The position owns project delivery, defines scope and success criteria, develops project plans, manages cost, schedule, safety, quality, and risk performance, coordinates cross-functional teams, oversees engineering design and EPC activities, and ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and project-control requirements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, at least five years of capital-project leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments, and knowledge of project controls and process-safety management.
