Mars Petcare is hiring a Site Project Engineer for its Melton Mowbray factory. The role leads capital projects from concept through commissioning, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports engineering decisions across process, packaging, electrical, construction, and digital services, and champions safety, security, and environmental compliance. A degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering or an equivalent technical discipline is required, while comparable hands-on experience in fast-paced food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is highly preferred. The position offers a salary of £53,000–£65,000 plus bonus and benefits.
