Description

The Site Quality Leader (SQL) owns and maintains site quality KPIs, develops problem-solving capabilities, drives 8D quality and cycle-time improvements, analyzes quality data, and communicates customer and site concerns to Factory and Engineering teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years, plus semiconductor capital equipment experience and cleanroom work. The position may follow an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field, or a master’s degree with equivalent experience.

6+ years of experience for master’s degree holders
Experience installing, maintaining, repairing, or troubleshooting semiconductor capital equipment
Preferred Qualifications: Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office familiarity
Written and verbal English communication
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
