Description
Technip Energies is hiring a Site Quantity Surveyor (Electrical & Instrumentation) to support the Subcontracts Team on the Net Zero Teesside Power Project. Based on site, the role administers E&I subcontract packages, manages payments, valuations, accounts, variations, claims, and commercial compliance; verifies electrical and instrumentation works; supports budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and risk management; and liaises with construction, engineering, procurement, planning, and project controls teams. The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, significant E&I subcontract experience, and knowledge of measurement, valuation, NEC or bespoke EPC subcontract forms, and commercial reporting.
