Description
Kong is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to join its global Platform SRE team and operate, scale, and improve its multi-region SaaS platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The role focuses on Kubernetes infrastructure, Terraform and GitOps automation, data and caching layers, Kong Gateway and Mesh environments, observability, incident response, and 24/7 production support. Candidates should have a computer science degree or equivalent experience, enterprise-scale SaaS or PaaS experience, deep Kubernetes expertise, infrastructure-as-code proficiency, programming ability, and familiarity with distributed systems, networking, and production support.
