Description
Microsoft is hiring a Live Site Engineer for its Customer Data Integration organization to provide on-call incident triage and first-line response across Power BI, Fabric, Power Query Online, Gateway, and data connectors. The role also develops AI-driven agents, incident routing and classification systems, automation pipelines, and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve incident deflection and resolution. Candidates need at least four years of software engineering experience in site reliability, live site operations, or incident management, programming skills in C#, PowerShell, Python, or KQL/Kusto, and experience with incident management, monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
