Description
The Site Reliability Engineer will support Oracle Analytics Cloud services by improving reliability, availability, performance, operational support, and maturity. The role involves 24x7 operational support, incident response, complex application and distributed-system troubleshooting, code investigation, automation, monitoring, capacity analysis, patching, remediation, release support, and continuous service improvement. The engineer will partner with development, support, product management, and other engineering teams while maintaining operational documentation and following security, compliance, and change-management procedures.
