Description
The Site Reliability Engineer will support Oracle Analytics Cloud services through hands-on incident response, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, code investigation, automation, monitoring, capacity analysis, patching, and release support. The role follows a follow-the-sun model, requires 24x7 operational support, and partners with development, support, product management, and other engineering teams. It requires a BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with cloud, networking, Linux/Unix, distributed systems, and operational experience.
