12Build is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to build operational visibility and reliability infrastructure for its AI-driven SaaS platform. The role focuses on Datadog APM and RUM, OpenTelemetry, SLIs and SLOs, error-budget alerting, real-user monitoring, baseline metrics dashboards, and telemetry for AI agents. The engineer will also coach developers, communicate performance insights, and optimize latency and infrastructure costs.
